Abstract

The methodology considers the training and assessment of nail technicians as a single traceable cycle built on validated criteria aligned with WorldSkills standards. Its relevance stems from the gap between training content and the instruments that verify it, a gap that breeds subjective grading, weak measurability, and graduates who master isolated techniques yet fail to sustain the whole procedure. The aim is to give the reader a reproducible instrument in which every learning outcome is tied to a practical action, an assessment criterion, a critical error, and an admission rule. The novelty lies in the end-to-end correspondence map that joins these five elements into one tool, in the sanitation and hygiene loop woven into every training stage, and in the rule that no score compensates for an unsafe action. Admission decisions become transparent, comparable, and defensible when they rest on recorded observable facts. The methodology will serve mentors, studio owners, instructors, methodologists, training centers, and bodies of independent qualification assessment.
